Benefit:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individuals, who are unable to walk, can only manage short distances with support or need a wheelchair.<\/li>\n<li>Age limit: 65<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Allowance: \u20ac337<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Care benefit for Paraplegics<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals, with no movement in their lower limbs and therefore in permanent need of a wheelchair.<\/li>\n<li>People with little or no movement in their upper limbs, irrespective of whether there might be movement or use of lower limbs.<\/li>\n<li>\u039conthly Allowance: \u20ac350<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Care benefit for Quadriplegics<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals with little or no movement in their upper and lower limbs.<\/li>\n<li>\u039conthly Allowance: \u20ac 854,30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Parking card<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individuals who receive Severe Physical Disability benefit.<\/li>\n<li>\u03a4he blind.<\/li>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals with disabilities who receive financial assistance for a car purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals whose disability was a result of amputation or severe weakness in the use of the upper or lower limbs, resulting in permanent disability at a percentage of over 39%.<\/li>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals with mental disability.<\/li>\n<li>\u039frganisations providing care for individuals included in the disability groups referred above and use vehicles to transport them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Disability Car financial Assistance Plan<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals aged 18-70 with severe disability in the upper and lower limbs or severe visual impairment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In cases where a wheelchair is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals receiving the Severe Physical Disability benefit<\/li>\n<li>Paraplegics<\/li>\n<li>Quadriplegics<\/li>\n<li>Individuals who become eligibility for this subsidy are exempt from registration and road study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits for the Blind<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395ligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals whose visual acuity does not exceed 6\/60 in each eye, even with corrective lenses.<\/li>\n<li>\u0399ndividuals who have studied at the School for the Blind until 1990.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monthly Allowance: \u20ac 316, 37.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0395lectricity Authority:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lower rates: the code is
